Position Type:

  • Full-Time Front of House: Morning, Mid, and Night Shifts Available ($17/hr)
  • Part-Time Front of House: Morning, Mid, and Night Shifts Available ($14/hr-$17/hr)
  • Full-Time Kitchen: Morning, Mid, and Night Shifts Available ($18/hr)
  • Part-Time Kitchen: Morning, Mid, and Night Shifts Available ($18/hr)

Full Job Description:

Highly motivated and caring team members needed for morning, afternoon, and night front counter positions which include working as a Cashier, Host/Hostess, Bagger, Order Taker (inside and outside), Expeditor, Server, and Dining Room Attendant.

  • Must be 16 or older
  • Must be 18 or older for Kitchen
  • Must be able to meet availability requirements
  • Must be comfortable using a cash register and iPad

  • Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected
  • Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru
  • Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer
  • Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter
  • Checking for product quality and consistency
  • Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items
  • Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessary
  • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
  • Stock kitchen inventory as needed
  • Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A corporate
  • Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
  • Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
